Dr. Holligan has contributed to and led a number of research and audit work with The Inclusion Project. A great team player and project lead, she continues to play a vital role in the development of REDI approaches to pressing issues in equity and inclusion.

Asking good quality questions that lead to actionable insights is both a skill and an art. Dr. Holligan helped my team in the Research Innovation Office (at the University of Guelph) to create and conduct two surveys designed to uncover the needs of our research community. With Simone’s help we were able to remove bias and leading language from our questions.
Working with Simone is a pleasure. She is a wonderful collaborator who offers valuable insights using accessible language and with enthusiasm. Her experience as a scientist and as the owner of a business that specializes in supporting academic research make her a very unique advisor.

Our charity’s experience working with emendWELL was positive and productive. Their team took the time to meet with us to get a better sense of who we are, how we operate and learn our values and desires for the programming we offer. This understanding revealed itself in the grant proposals, ongoing evaluation forms, and general advice on how to foster and maintain relationships with whom we were applying for funds. emendWELL’s expertise and follow up made the application process seamless. We highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.
